I hold a BSc in Textile Engineering from Sonargaon University, Bangladesh, and an MSc in Engineering Business Management, specialising in AI and Intelligent Systems, from Multimedia University, Malaysia.

My MSc research, with Dr. Siva Priya A/P Thiagarajah, studied the adoption of IoT-enabled quality monitoring in textile factories in Bangladesh and was presented at ICTIM 2026. My current research builds on it: a low-cost machine vision system that measures fabric colour differences in real time using a webcam, controlled LED lighting and CIEDE2000. A manuscript on this system is in preparation for an IEEE venue.

I work mainly in Python — OpenCV, NumPy and Flask — and build the interfaces myself with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, using GitHub for version control.

Outside research I write poetry. My book Meherban explores emotion, identity and the human experience.
